Become a Preferred Referral Partner

We offer a 25% referral fee on listing commissions paid at C.O.E. for your referrals of short sale seller escrows. Please provide the following information and we will send you a Preferred Partner ID. Your information will remain on file to streamline the process when you call or email us your short sale candidate's information.

If your referral prospect applies online at www.thompson-brown.com, just ask them to add your Partner ID on the submit form. You may also call or email us your referral’s name and contact information. We will return a referral confirmation to you by email or fax.

To confirm your referrals: email: shortsales@thompson-brown.com or call 916-771-4177 or 916-223-2333 and ask for DJ. Debbie “DJ” Jarvis coordinates our Preferred Referral Partners and she will be tracking your referral progress. Your check will be paid directly from the Title Co. at close of escrow. It is just that easy. Again, as soon as we receive your return information, you will receive a confirmation email and your Partner ID.
