Home Tours - At Thompson + Brown we still do the "old fashioned" tours. You will view the most recent homes that have been listed for sale. This way we have all our buyers agents out to see your home. Many times we have a buyer for your home that day.

Virtual Tours - We own our own virtual tour equipment and your home will be posted with a 360 degree view, within 3 or 4 days.

Internet Marketing - We provide the highest possible exposure for your home within days of coming on the market by featuring your home on multiple web sites including Realtor.com, Sacbee.com, Metrolistmls.com to name just a few. Our homes with virtual tours are usually listed first giving your home even greater exposure.

Thompson + Brown Website - www.Thompson-Brown.com receives over 7,000 unique visitors per month. By paying for sponsorship on Yahoo and Google and by our longtime presence on the internet we are nearly always one of the first websites listed.

Just Listed Mailers - Many times the buyer for a home either has family and or friends in the immediate area. As soon as you home is listed for sale we begin printing "Just Listed" cards to mail out to your neighborhood alerting the potential buyers.

Full-Color Home Flyers - Custom color flyers including a photo of your home and describing the features will be placed on the 'For Sale' sign.

Local Newspapers and Magazines - We place ads in multiple publications including the Sacramento Bee, the Antelope and the Woodcreek News.

Open Houses - At Thompson + Brown we employ over 25 buyers agents who would love to expose your home to potential buyers through open houses.

Available Every Day - The light is on 7 days a week at Thompson + Brown. Unlike most other companies, we have a live person answering buyer calls seven days a week. We believe many buyers hang up when they get voice mail so we make sure a friendly voice is there to greet them every day.
